From preparing and advising on sports pitches to tree removal, hedge-trimming and grass-cutting surgery through to large-scale landscaping Bath Recreation Trading has the resources, the expertise and the equipment to deliver timely, efficient solutions. Bath Recreation Trading is part of Bath Recreation, a self-funded, Bath-based charity whose purpose is to provide opportunities for the local community to lead healthy, active and happy lives whilst nurturing positive lifestyles. All of the trading arm's profits go towards this charitable work. The trading arm also aims to develop employment opportunities for the next generation through training, apprenticeships and mentoring to full-time employment in areas such as tree surgery, arboriculture, turfcare and sports ground maintenance, enabling them to become part of the working community in Bath.

What we do

We can work with you on a daily, weekly, quarterly and seasonal basis, dependent on your specific requirements. Our clients include residential and commercial property management companies, private residences, professional and community football, cricket, rugby and golf clubs, schools, universities and Local Parishes/Councils. We have a wide range of professional expertise, with qualified tree surgeons and members of the Grounds Management Association. All of the trading arm's work - from sports pitch preparation, line-painting, post-match repair, tree removal and stump grinding - generates funds that go towards the charitable work carried out by Bath Recreation in and around the city.
